Access to land with deliverable grid capacity is the constraint on Britain’s data centre pipeline. Clwydian identifies where the two coincide, and brings those sites forward.

We work at a deliberately smaller scale than the very large campuses, on land where the electricity capacity already exists. Smaller sites are easier for a community to live with and quicker to connect, and a greater number of them, spread around the country, keeps more of Britain’s data close to the people and institutions that rely on it. We would rather lose a site than push through one that leaves a place worse off.
